Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited, founded in 1988 and headquartered in Hong Kong, China, was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February, 2005 (Stock Code: 00868.HK). As one of the world's leading integrated glass manufacturers, Xinyi Glass is committed to the manufacturing of high-quality float glass, automobile glass and energy-saving architectural glass, After 37 years of development, Xinyi has formed a complete industrial chain, ranging from glass raw materials to high-quality float glass sheets, and further to the research and development, production, and sales of downstream processed glass products.


Currently，Xinyi Group has established 13 large production bases in Pearl River Delta (Shen Zhen ,Dong guan，Jang men), Yangtze River Delta(Wuhu, Zhangjiagang) ，Bohai Rim Economic Zone (Tianjin, Yingkou),Chengdo-Chongqing Economic Zone(Deyang ,Chongqing), Beibu Gulf Economic Zone (Beihai, Chengmai) and Dianzhong Economic Zone (Qujing-under construction)，which are the most active economic regions in China. To actively respond to the national "the Belt and Road" initiative and promote business globalization and global strategic layout, Xinyi Glass invested 2 mega production bases in Malacca, Malaysia and Indonesia.Xinyi float glass production capacity is in the leading position in the world.  Xinyi automobile glass account for 25% of global ARG market share, Xinyi LOW-E energy-saving glass account for 25% of global market. The processing capacity of high-quality architectural glass factories ranks among the tops in the world.


As of June 30, 2024，Xinyi Glass 's total assets exceeded HK$51 billion, with revenues of HK$11.8 billion in the first half of 2024. It occupies a total area of approximately 10 million square meters and employs over 16,000 people and has a sales network covering over 140 countries and regions around the world.


Xinyi Glass Global Layout
      Shenzhen Industrial Park, Guangdong
      Shenzhen Industrial Park, established in 1998 and relocated to Henggang 228 Industrial Zone in 1995, covers a total area of approximately 170,000 sqm. It is the earliest manufacturing base of Xinyi Group and mainly manufactures automobile glass.
      Dongguan Industrial Park, Guangdong
      Dongguan Industrial Park, established in 2003 and located in Humen, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, is the first comprehensive manufacturing base of Xinyi Group with an area of approximately 640,000 sqm, and mainly manufactures high-quality float glass, automobile glass and energy-saving architectural glass.
      Wuhu Industrial Park, Anhui
      Wuhu Industrial Park, established in 2003 and located in the ETDZ, Wuhu, Anhui Province, with an area of approximately 960,000 sqm, is one of the largest integrated glass manufacturing base nationwide, mainly manufacturing high-quality float glass, automobile glass and energy-saving architectural glass.
      Tianjin Industrial Park
      Tianjin Industrial Park, established in 2004 and located in Wuqing Development Area, Tianjin, covers an area of approximately 980,000 sqm and is one of the largest glass deep-processing bases in Northern China, mainly manufacturing high-quality float glass, automobile glass and energy-saving architectural glass.
      Jiangmen Industrial Park, Guangdong

      Xinyi Glass Jiangmen Industrial Park has two production bases, located in the high-tech industrial development zone Xinyi Environmental Special glass (Jiangmen) Co., Ltd. was established in February 2007, covers an area of about 540,000 square meters, mainly producing float glass, coated glass.

      Xinyi Energy-saving Glass (Jiangmen) Co., LTD., located in Jieshan Town, Heshan City, was established in 2020, with 2 float glass production lines, several architectural glass production lines and coated glass production lines.

      Yingkou Industrial Park, Liaoning
      Yingkou Industrial Park, established in 2011 and located in Binhai Industrial Area, ETDZ, Yingkou, Liaoning Province, covers an area of approximately 580,000 sqm and mainly manufactures high-quality float glass and energy-saving architectural glass.
      Deyang Industrial Park, Sichuan
      Deyang Industrial Park, established in 2012 and located in the ETDZ, Deyang, Sichuan Province, covers an area of approximately 600,000 sqm and mainly manufactures high-quality float glass and energy-saving architectural glass.
      Beihai Industrial Park, Guangxi
      Beihai Industrial Park, established in 2018 and located in Tieshangang (Linhai) Industrial Zone, Beihai, Guangxi, covers an area of approximately 1.58million sqm and mainly produces high-quality float glass, photovoltaic glass, automotive glass, electronic glass, etc. It is one of the largest comprehensive glass manufacturing bases of Xinyi Group.
      Chengmai Industrial Park, Hainan
      Chengmai Industrial Park, established in 2021 and located in Laocheng Economic Development Zone, Chengmai County, Hainan Province, with an area of approximately 430,000 sqm, mainly manufactures high-quality float glass.
      Zhangjiagang Industrial Park, Jiangsu
      Zhangjiagang Industrial Park, established in 2018 and located in Jinfeng Town, Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province, covers an area of approximately 280,000 sqm and mainly produces high-quality float glass and energy-saving architectural glass.
      Qujing Industrial Park（Under construction）
      Yunnan Qujing Industrial Park was established in 2021, located in Qilin District, Qujing City, Yunnan Province Qilin Industrial Park, mainly produces polysilicon, photovoltaic glass, float glass, etc. The first phase of polysilicon covers an area of 530,000 square meters, and is currently under preparation for construction. The project is not only a major investment project in Yunnan Province, but also the largest investment project of Xinyi Group.
      Chongqing Industrial Park
      Chongqing Industrial Park is located in Yongchuan District of Chongqing, covering an area of about 280,000 square meters, mainly producing high-quality float glass.
