【Employee Love Fund】 To promote the fine tradition of solidarity, love, and mutual assistance, each industrial park has established a labor union and an Employee Care Fund, which is funded by company contributions and donations from employees. When union members face emergencies, critical illnesses, economic hardships, or other such situations, the fund provides appropriate financial assistance to help alleviate the economic burden on the employees and their families. As of December 31, 2024, the Employee Care Fund has disbursed a cumulative total of RMB 14.13 million, assisting 2,188 employees.

【Employee Education Fund】 Adhering to the principle of "people-oriented, education first," Xinyi Glass attaches great importance to the education of employees' children and cares about the health and growth of the next generation. In 2017, the Group established the Xinyi Education Fund to reward the children of Xinyi employees who are studying at regular undergraduate universities or above. From 2017 to 2024, the Group has distributed a cumulative total of RMB 13.86 million in education funds to 3,466 instances of Xinyi employees' children, helping them realize their university dreams and achieve academic success.
